Buttercream ingredients: castor sugar, egg whites, cream of tartar, butter, honey, salt. Lavosh ingredients: white flour, water, olive oil, sesame seeds, salt, sugar, grapeseed oil, sesame oil.

The Espresso

Rubbed with espresso and lavender imparting notes of butterscotch and caramel. This cheese loves a fruit and nut companion, paired with Spanish pan de higo (fig and almond cake). Finished with a dollop of Italian Mascarpone cheese and cinnamon quill. For coffee lovers, add dollop of mascarpone cheese to your morning coffee.

Hand delivered in-time for your event and comes with our house-made sesame lavosh crackers.
