Storing

Our Pillars are prepared and delivered to you in a temperature controlled environment. Please ensure your Pillar is kept in your fridge at a temperature of 4°C or cooler.

Timing

Our Pillars are made-to-order and are best consumed within 24 hours from delivery, while they are freshly cut and at their ultimate ripeness. Just before serving, remove the clear film. Soft cheeses will begin to ooze as soon as they reach room temperature. If there are any leftovers and your cheese has been out of the fridge for less than two hours, you can wrap it with the Fine Grazing cheese paper provided, store it in the fridge and consume within 24 hours. If your cheese has exceeded two hours outside of the fridge, discard it!
