Placing an order

You can place your order online, email us with a catering request or if you need some advice. We deliver on the days nominated at checkout. It is at Fine Grazing’s discretion as to whether we can make orders outside of the dedicated times.

Food safety

Fine Grazing Pillars are made to order, in the last 24-48 hours in a temperature controlled environment. Fine Grazing is not responsible for how you, the customer, store your Pillar. Each Pillar comes with a best before date along with care instructions.

Ingredient information is available on our website under each Pillar. We use products containing all common allergens (gluten, nuts, egg, soy, fish, sesame seeds and dairy) in our catering kitchen and while we take the utmost care isolating products and labelling, we cannot guarantee that any of our food is free of traces of any allergen, even when packed separately.

Refrigeration instructions

Keep your Pillar refrigerated (less than 4°C) until you’re just about to serve. Remove the clear film supporting the Pillar as soon as it’s taken out of the fridge to avoid the cheese from sweating.


Fine Grazing deliveries are between 9am and 4pm on the days nominated at checkout for a flat fee of $10. It is your responsibility to be at your delivery location to receive your order. Fine Grazing cannot confirm the exact timings of deliveries and will endeavour to deliver as close to times requested as possible.

Online Orders

You will be required to enter some information on our website if you are placing an order online. Personal information you have entered, may include: your name, phone number, email address, and business/home address.

We do not share this information with outside parties, except to the extent necessary to complete your order. If you have provided information about someone other than yourself, we will only ever use that information to perform the delivery successfully.

Order changes & cancellations

We will always do our best to accommodate any last minute changes, but please let us know as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery day. Cancellations after 48 hours from delivery will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount invoiced.

Refund policy

We are unable to accept cancellations on the day of delivery and as such no full or partial refund will apply.
