Buttercream ingredients: castor sugar, egg whites, cream of tartar, butter, honey, salt. Lavosh ingredients: white flour, water, olive oil, sesame seeds, salt, sugar, grapeseed oil, sesame oil.

The Dolce

A modern twist on the ‘cheese tower’ suited to a bold and fun soirée.

A flavour bomb suited to both sweet and salty palates.

This vibrant Shropshire blue with its salted caramel profile is divided by a burnt honey, fig and hazelnut Turkish delight with rich chocolate tones. A base of Jersey milk cheddar imbues lingering notes of butterscotch and caramel.

Our cheese pillars come with Fine Grazing’s salt flaked, hand-rolled sesame lavosh.

Formed and delivered in time for your special event.

Delivery: Fine Grazing cheese pillars are hand delivered and assembled onsite in time for your event. Delivering to Melbourne Metro locations.

Dimensions: 15cm diameter and approximately 33cm high.

Subject to availability: in the seasons where availability of grapes is limited, we will replace them with dried muscatels.
