Delivery: Fine Grazing cheese pillars are hand delivered and assembled onsite in time for your event. Delivering to Melbourne Metro locations.

Dimensions: each cheese pillar are approximately 7.5cm diameter and 14cm high.

Subject to availability: in the seasons where availability of these cheeses are limited, we will replace it with a cheese of the same quality.

Ingredients: The Truffle: sheep’s cheese with truffle (pasteurized sheep ́s milk, truffle pâté, sunflower oil, mushroom, wheat, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic salt, calcium chloride, rennet, cheese cultures), sangria sphere (apples, sugar, red wine, grapes, blackberries, blueberries, lemon, spices). The Giri: port wine derby (pasteurised cow’s milk, salt, starter culture, natural colour, natural port flavour, rennet, port wine), summer berry & chocolate paste: apples, sugar, red wine, grapes, blackberries, blueberries, lemon, chocolate bitters). The Espresso: cow’s milk cheddar (pasteurised cow's milk, salt, coffee, canola oil, cheese cultures, vegetarian rennet, dried lavender flowers), mascarpone cheese, fig & almond cake (fig, almond), lavosh crackers (white flour, water, olive oil, sesame seeds, salt, sugar, grapeseed oil, sesame oil), cinnamon quill. The Blue: blue cheese (cow’s milk, rennet, ferments, salt), quince (quince pulp, sugar), honeycomb (100% Victorian honey).
